AND NOW THE FUN BEGINS!

Prior to your shoot, I will send you a questionnaire to fill out – this will tell me more about you, your business and your brand. We will also meet (in person, over the phone, or over zoom depending your location) so we can discuss these things together and create a plan for your shoot. We’ll go over everything from your goals to your outfits and props – everything needed to make sure your shoot is a success!

Photoshoot Day

LIGHTS, CAMERA, ACTION!

The day of your shoot, I will arrive 15-20 minutes prior to my start time in the contract. This gives me a chance to look around the location and scout spots for photos. If you schedule a studio session, it will give me some buffer time before the session and we have access to the studio. I also highly encourage you also arrive about 15 minutes before to avoid feeling rushed.

Finishing Touches

EDITING AND FINAL DELIVERY

After your shoot is complete, I will go home and back up all of the images on my computer and two external hard drives. Culling your images and editing takes 2-3 weeks to complete and I will communicate with you prior to sending you your gallery so you know when you can expect them.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS —

What is required to reserve a date?

To officially book I require a $350 non-refundable deposit to hold your date. Once the Agreement is signed and deposit is received, I will reserve your date and will not book any other shoots or weddings that day – my full attention is yours for the day!

When will we get our photos?

Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 6 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season). You will be able to download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and order prints!

How many photos will we receive?

I always choose quality rather than quantity and I will choose the best and more significant photos to tell your story. For a 8 hours of coverage, you can anticipate receiving between 400 to 600 edited images.

Do you offer prints or albums?

I do! When I send over your gallery, you will be able to order prints directly from the gallery. I will also send over details on albums at that time.

Do we need an engagement session?

All of my packages include a complementary engagement session. I encourage my wedding couples to do their engagement session with me so we can get to know each other and you and your partner feel comfortable in font of the camera before your special day.

Where are you based & do you travel?

I’m based in Canton, Ohio and yes I love to travel! But no worries, I always try to find the cheapest way to come because I don’t want it to be a break the bank for you. If your location is outside 75 miles of Canton and is within driving distance, I charge $0.56 per mile. I do not charge travel fees for weddings near Findlay, OH and Columbus, OH. If your location is beyond 125 miles from Canton, I ask that you cover a hotel room for me. If I need to travel by air, you will need to pay for my flight and hotel.

Brand photography starts at $1,195 for a 90 minute session and 30 digital image downloads.
