Let’s Chat

You’ve thoroughly combed through my website, blog and Instagram feed and you like what you see. So the next step is setting up a time to chat to make sure we’re the perfect fit for one another.

If after the discovery call we both feel this is a great fit, I will review your budget, goals, and big vision we discussed on the call and I will curate a customized plan for you and your business. Then, I’ll send you a contract through HoneyBook, so you can pay your deposit, see all of the terms clearly outlined, and sign the contract to make it official.

THE PROCESS

Make A Plan

Prior to your shoot, I will send you a questionnaire to fill out – this will tell me more about you, your business and your brand.

2-3 weeks before your session we will meet over a zoom call for your visual brand strategy session so we can discuss these everything you shared in your questionnaire and create a plan for your shoot. We’ll go over everything from your goals to your outfits and props – everything needed to make sure your shoot is a success!

THE PROCESS

Shoot Day

The day of your shoot, I will arrive 15-20 minutes prior to my start time in the contract. This gives me a chance to look around the location and scout spots for photos. If you schedule a studio session, it will give me some buffer time before the session and we have access to the studio. I also highly encourage you also arrive about 15 minutes before to avoid feeling rushed.

THE PROCESS

Finishing Touches

After your shoot is complete, I will go home and back up all of the images on my computer and two external hard drives. Culling and editing your images takes up to 30 days to complete and I will communicate with you prior to sending you your gallery so you know when you can expect them. Should you require your images in a timeframe shorter than 30 days, kindly inform me so that I can expedite the editing process accordingly.

Continuous Support

After your final images are delivered, the party continues! If you aren’t quite sure how to use your images or need help narrowing down your final selections, I am here for you! I love to provide you support after I have delivered your gallery to you. You can also choose to continue to work with me through a subscription package. Like I said, I’m your new biz bestie and cheerleader!
